CUBIX is built and maintained by 1Example. The bot, this dashboard and the modules behind them have been rewritten far past what they started as: every command is a slash command, the settings live here rather than in chat, and most of the modules are either heavily reworked or written from scratch.

It began as a fork, and the projects below are why there was something to fork. They are credited here because they earned it, and because their licences require it - not because they run CUBIX or support it. Anything broken here is ours, so please do not take it to them.

Standing on
  • Red-DiscordBot — the modular Discord bot CUBIX is forked from, created by Twentysix and made great by many. Licensed GNU GPL v3.0.
  • Red-Web-Dashboard — the dashboard this one grew out of, by AAA3A and Neuro Assassin, who also wrote the internal RPC logic it still talks over. Licensed GNU AGPL v3.0.
  • Argon Dashboard — the Flask template the layout began with, by AppSeed and Creative Tim. Licensed MIT.
  • PyLav — the audio engine behind the player, by Draper. Licensed GNU AGPL v3.0.

Individual modules carry their own notices in their source, including work by AAA3A, NeuroAssassin, TrustyJAID and the Cog-Creators organisation. CUBIX is licensed GNU GPL v3.0; run /bot licenseinfo for the full text and what it entitles you to.

Policies

What CUBIX stores about you, why, how long for, cookies, and how to have it deleted, are all on one page of our own: Your data. It describes this bot, not the projects above - their documents cover their own distributions and say nothing about what runs here.
